The Adaptologie team

Josianne Robb

Digital transformation consultant. Coach. Speaker.

Founding Adaptologie in 2021 is the latest pivot in my career, having spent 3 decades in the financial services industry and a lifetime honing in the skill of adaptability.

Why this? I have worked in investment banking, retail banking, consultancy and insurance in both Europe and Asia. My experience spans operations, business development, internal audit, IT, consulting, marketing, project & programme management, change management and digital transformation. I steadily climbed the corporate ladder and tackled more & more complex assignments, ending with a senior leadership role as pan-Asia chief digital officer.

A constant in my career are intentional pivots led by curiosity and transformation, as my LinkedIn profile illustrates.
Another constant is that I get a kick out of supporting people grow and achieve goals they never thought were possible - whether professional or personal.
So much so that I decided to dedicate the next few years to helping people and businesses become more adaptable, through professional coaching and consulting. It felt like the right business and the right time to become an entrepreneur.

Why retrain? I’m a big believer in the freedom afforded by personal reinvention, supported by curiosity & a desire to learn and grow. Doing so requires to let go of knowledge, habits and beliefs from the past that are no longer current, relevant or helpful.
Despite coaching & mentoring for many years during my corporate career, I was never formally trained to do so. Naturally, I decided to train in deep transformational coaching, earning the coveted International Coaching Federation’s Professional Coaching Certification (ICF PCC) in 13 months (this typically takes years).

The extended team

Being a solopreneur doesn’t mean working alone. I have created (and continue to expand) a network of partners with whom I collaborate, depending on the nature of the project.

These partners have complementary skills and augment both my value proposition and my thought process. We collaborate, share resources and ideas, challenge and support each other. As Dr. John Demartini reminds us, “People on a mission have no competition”.

These partners include:
