Born in Belgium and raised across Nigeria and Canada, I learned early that adaptability isn’t a soft skill. It’s a survival skill. Over 30 years, I built a non-linear career in financial services spanning project delivery, transformation, leadership development, and executive roles across Europe and Asia.

My most recent role was as APAC Regional Chief Digital Officer, leading regional initiatives across complex, multicultural markets.

I created Adaptologie to help leaders navigate complexity without losing themselves. Since launching the practice in 2021, I’ve coached clients in over 15 countries (online & in person), delivered more than 1,300 hours of 1:1 coaching, and earned my ICF PCC accreditation in just over a year.
